Mmhhm - one of my favourite Ice Creams!
Ingredients (serves 4):
225 ml Milk
200g Cream
1/2 vanilla bean
50g brown Sugar
50g small chocolate chips
Instructions:
Heat 50ml milk with the sugar and the scraped out seeds, as well as the vanilla bean itself while constantly stirring. When the sugar has completely dissolved, set aside and let cool down.
Whip the Cream and carefully mix with Milk and vanilla-milk.
Let cool for at least 1 hour in the fridge and than put into your ice cream maker. Before the ice cream gained its perfect consistency add the chocolate.
