Refreshingly different - Pineapple sorbet. The perfect dessert after a hot summer day.
This is the perfect time to participate in a great event by Joelen - The Mighty Blender

Ingredients:
1 Pineapple
75ml hot Sugar water (1:1)

Instructions:
Remove skin and stalk from the pineapple. Cut into small cubes (0,5cm*0,5cm) and set 2 tbs aside (into your fridge). Put the remaining cubes widely spread into freezer bags (volume: 6l - I used 5 bags), so they don't stick together in one huge block when frozen. Put into your freezer overnight.
Blend frozen Pineapple cubes with the Sugar water until you end up with a smooth sorbet. Now add the not frozen pineapple cubes and stir fast. Serve immediately.
